Sigma Stretch Film of Oklahoma is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in Tulsa. In this role, you’ll ensure our machinery operates smoothly, troubleshoot issues, oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, and keep our facility safe and efficient.

 

What You'll Do:

• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities for extrusion machinery and equipment.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including PLCs, AC/DC drives, motors, pneumatics, hydraulics, heaters, chillers, and grinders.

• Provide hands-on troubleshooting, including after-hours emergency support.

• Create weekly maintenance schedules and assign work orders.

• Recommend improvements to boost equipment performance and product quality.

• Train, mentor, and motivate maintenance technicians.

• Maintain building systems (HVAC, ventilation, etc.).

• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and safety compliance.

 

What We're Looking For:

• Maintenance Supervisor experience required; extrusion experience preferred.

• Strong technical skills in manufacturing equipment and building systems.

• Skilled at troubleshooting and minimizing downtime.

• Solid leadership, planning, and communication abilities.

• Computer proficiency and attention to detail.

 

Physical Requirements:

This role involves standing, walking, bending, and working in confined spaces. You’ll occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and work in temperatures over 100°F.
