Client Account Specialist - Bilingual (Spanish)

Full-time onsite - Tulsa, OK

Monday - Friday

Sigma Stretch Film is looking for a dedicated Client Account Specialist to join our team in Tulsa, OK. This role is crucial in upholding our commitment to service excellence in the manufacturing industry. We seek a passionate professional who excels in client relations and ensures top-tier service levels.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear and effective communication.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure client satisfaction and seamless workflow.

  • Take ownership of client accounts, ensuring exceptional service, accuracy, and satisfaction.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a reliable point of contact.

  • Proactively anticipate client needs, providing timely and efficient solutions.

  • Demonstrate initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

  • Proof and enter orders, samples, returns, and credits into the system with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Work closely with production and shipping teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to orders, returns, or credits in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Assist in coordinating logistics between departments to meet client expectations and deadlines.

  • Ensure all records and documentation are maintained accurately and up-to-date.

 

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is essential for effective communication.

  • Proven office experience with a focus on account management, client servicing, or similar roles.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to multitask and manage various priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • A team player mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering results.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
